3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
We offer both Free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses.
Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or exploit the AI analysis limits or backend APIs.
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI aims to provide highly accurate feedback, ATSright does not guarantee that using the service will result in an interview or a job offer.
